I can say that I had no life before coming to the HelpCentre due to depression and the void that I had inside of me. Friends and family couldn’t help or even understand what I was going through.

As a way of trying to fill the void that I had in me, I started smoking, drinking and taking drugs. On the contrary, things became worse.

I would smoke up to 3 packs of cigarettes daily and I was both consuming and selling drugs. After all this, whenever I would be alone in my room depression would take over.
I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror, I hated myself.

In the HelpCentre I learned that I was important and valuable so much so that I became stronger than all my addictions and depression.

Today I love myself and I can say that I have life.
