The Word needs attentive ears, attentive and willing to listen to it. When there are ears to listen and obey, the Word of God does not return void of works.
The bible clearly shows that the rain only waters the earth that receives it. If there is no earth, how will the rain fall upon it and bring forth its fruit?
The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Genesis 1.2
The lives of many people have been like the Earth was: without form and void.
Despite their religion or their evangelical denomination, their life is still without form and void…
A person may believe in God, and believe in the Bible, but his life does not match what is written in the Word of God.
Why is this?
Because the Spirit of God continues to hover over his life, wanting to enter and make an abode, but he has not given Him permission. Therefore, it remains without form and void.
He may even recognize the Voice and the Word very well, but if he insists on living according to his will, ideas, dreams and personal projects, his life will remain without form and void.
The Holy Spirit continues TO HOVER OVER THE FACE OF HIS LIFE SPEAKING, SPEAKING AND SPEAKING… however, as long as there is STUBBORNNESS, his life will continue to be without form and void. And no one can do ANYTHING about it!
Prayers, fasts, attending church, nothing can remove your void, as long as the SPIRIT OF GOD DOES NOT HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE, is not obeyed, is not served with your entire life…
