What is the Fast of Daniel?
A period of abstinence from secular content and entertainment based on the purpose of faith Daniel observed (see Daniel 10)
Why should you do the Fast of Daniel?
To show God that He is of utmost importance in your life by denying yourself the pleasures and entertainment that keep you away from Him.
What is the aim?
To receive the Holy Spirit. For 21 days, you will seek the Spirit of God as often as possible to draw closer to Him and receive a new life from Him. If you already have the Holy Spirit, you will seek to be edified and renewed by Him.
