Humans have five basic senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. These all work to help us understand and perceive the world around us.
Each of our senses uses its own detection system to get information from our surroundings, which the brain processes to create a sensory picture of our environment.
All of our senses are very important, but as with all things, if they are not carefully taken care of, they can become a deadly entryway that can affect our life for eternity.
In the same way that doors are a passage to let things in or to keep things out, our senses also act in this way. Our ears allow us to hear sound; our eyes enable us to see everything around us and the ability to touch allows us to feel.
Spiritually speaking, it’s no different. There are five main senses that can become entry doors to evil.
What are they and how can a person guard these ‘doors’?
This is what you will find out in the new five-part study on Wednesdays at 7.30pm during the Faith School meetings online.
Don’t forget to bring your Bible with you.
