What is the Forecast for the End of the Year?
If we look around, the future seems quite cloudy. There’s still a sense of danger about the growth of the pandemic, not to mention the economic unrest. In the face of this reality, many have already given up on 2021, as they got discouraged and overwhelmed by fear and uncertainty.
However, when we decide to live by faith, we don’t live by what we see. We base our life and decisions on the promises made by God through His Word.
In Isaac’s times, there was a huge famine in the land. Although things were better in Egypt, God appeared to him and asked him to stay in his land. In return, the Lord promised to bless him and his descendants. Isaac obeyed God’s command and we can see the results in the Bible verse below:
“Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous.” (Genesis 26:12-13).
In this same faith, we want to challenge you to do something different until the end of the year. We are approaching the last 100 days of 2021 and during this period, we invite you to join us every Wednesday and Sunday – the main services focused on your spiritual life. You will be basing your future upon the Word of God, that does not change or waver.
To help you take full advantage of these 100 Days, we suggest that you take these three steps that will help you strengthen your connection to God:
1. Meditate on the Word of God
2. Say the Lord’s Prayer
3. Act by doing something to achieve your goal, at least once a day
If you still don’t have your 100 day calendar, you can receive it at your local UCKG.
