There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8.1
There is no condemnation. Paul shows the Christians of Rome that before the Lord Jesus sacrificed His life on the cross, receiving the punishment of sin for us, there was no hope of Salvation for anyone, because everyone was subject to the condemnation imposed by the Law.
But when a sinner turns to God with a repentant heart, he receives the absolution of all his faults.
Therefore, there will be no judgment for those whose debts were paid on the cross, and if there is no judgment, there will be no condemnation either.
Only those who are living according to the will of the Holy Spirit are free from condemnation, because they are in Jesus Christ.
Many think they are in Jesus because they are members of a church or Sunday churchgoers, or because they serve God, but they are wrong! To be in Jesus is to be born of God and to live in obedience to His Thoughts (John 14.15).
